Chris Ross lives in San Diego and is strong advocat for Bart’s freedom. For thirteen years there was really no breaks in Bart’s case to disprove the circumstantial evidence which sentenced him to serve a life sentence without parole until the day he heard that Misook Nowlin Wang had killed her mother-in-law in a similar state of rage in defiance of her significant partner. She deprived her husband, Don Wang, of his mother just as she had deprived Bart of his three year old daughter, Christine.
