Jeanne Ross is retired and lives in San Felipe, Baja, Mexico and is the aunt of Bart McNeil. Bart’s mother, and Jeanne’s sister, Carol Voll McNeil died in 1968 from medical complications. Bart’s grandmother, Marguerite Voll, died February 2007 at the age of 99 and had always hoped to see Bart free from his wrongful conviction.
A book will soon be published called “Justice From Above”, By Jeanne Ross. The book recounts the story from a spiritual viewpoint of his departed mother and grandmother who intervene from the angelic side to vindicate their son. The true events seem to follow the laws of coincidence, synchronization, and significant people linking the pieces and evidence together.
