How Judge William Yoder Pulled a Fast One on the two innocence projects

This speaks volumes as to how Judges like William Yoder of the 11th Circuit Court, the former McLean County State’s Attorney who was opposed to Barton’s self authored appeal in 2005 for when he was a State’s Attorney before becoming a judge, and refused to bring to the attention of Barton in 2011 that Misook strangled to death Linda Tyda despite this being an Illinois Supreme Court requirement that any new evidence be brought to the attention of the incarcerated individual (as otherwise how do they find out about it!?), AND to appoint a legal representative (Yoder did not do this either), can pull a fast one on the legal team when in the aid of a willing First Assistant States Attorney.
