9-1-1 PHONE CALLS<\/p>\n

The following is a gripping and emotional phone call recordings and transcripts of the various phone calls beginning with Bart’s 7:40 a.m. phone call to 9-1-1 as soon as he discovered his daughter’s lifeless body in her bed when trying to awaken her for daycare.\u00a0 LISTENING DISCRETION IS ADVISED AS THESE ACTUAL CALLS\u00a0 THAT HAPPENED ARE VERY EMOTIONAL!<\/span> That is then followed later that same afternoon again to\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a09-1-1 and to the non-emergency Bloomington Police Department once Bart became the very first person to believe his daughter might have been a murder victim at the hands of his ex-girlfriend Misook Nowlin.\u00a0 Also are calls between the dispatcher and the police officer that had been dispatched to go to Barton McNeil’s apartment.<\/p>\n

After returning home in the afternoon following the Coroner who took Christina’s lifeless body away to the morgue, Bart notices things in disarray in his daughter’s bedroom and has reason to believe she may have died at the hands of Misook Nowlin, and demands police return and to bring a forensic team with them<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Bart continues to call the Bloomington Police department as nobody shows up to his apartment. He calls the Bloomington Police department 10 times until they finally arrive. He shows the arriving officer the displaced window fan, the disturbed blinds, the trampled plans in front of his living room window likely as he was being spied on the evening before, and bedroom window screen with two holes in the bottom allowing the screen to be removed by a person from the outside. Before other officers arrive, Bart is summoned to go to the Bloomington Police Department to give a series of statements to various officers that night with Misook Nowlin the focus of all of his conversations with police<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

might have been from homicide I don\u2019t know. I think
the detective comes when there is a death of a person
where the cause of death is undetermined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

believe now, that she was murdered and I need a

LIVINGSTON: Well, two of them went to [inaudible], (sounds like, Iowa
for the gig) up there, do you want to have him call
back and talk to McKinley, or what? Or do you have a

. . . well, he\u2019s pretty hysterical so what do I send
an officer or get a detective?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

know whether they had seen it or not. So he wanted a

a Whole detective team. I mean with Forensics and
everything. My daughter was murdered last night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

METCOM DISPATCHER: Okay, sorry Sergeant McKinley said he would be on
his way out there. He said he was going to be there
as soon as possible. He tried to call you back. The
number you gave me and I checked the report, the
numbers were switched off and was not correct. Which
is fine. 828.1783 is where you are at?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BART MCNEIL: Yes, I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

METCOM DISPATCHER: Okay, he was given the wrong number to call you

don\u2019t know if they overlooked the evidence this
morning when they were here . . . I don\u2019t think

METCOM DISPATCHER: I had a guy call up and said he found his daughter

METCOME DISPATCHER: 1106 North Evans, Apartment Number 2. And he
said that detectives have been out there and the
coroner has been out there but he is now convinced
that it was a murder. He has found evidence there and
he wants a homicide detective immediately. I don\u2019t
know what detectives are working tonight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIVINGSTON: Well, two of them went to [inaudible], (sounds like, Iowa
for the gig) up there, do you want to have him call
back and talk to McKinley, or what? Or do you have a
phone number for him?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

. . . well, he\u2019s pretty hysterical so what do I send
